Better governance, compensation oversight key to restoring trust in Wall Street, SEC's Aguilar says

The stock market has recovered from the financial crisis, but trust in the market, in financial institutions and in the economy is still in a recession, Commissioner Luis Aguilar of the Securities and Exchange Commission said. Improving corporate governance and compensation oversight are important steps on the road to recovery, he said.
